Aggression Intervention Program |

Is your dog is growling, aggressively barking, dog aggressive, or has aggression towards people? Don’t wait until you have a dog bite. You need to address this now with a professional If you do not address these issues, they will result in a bite. The average court ordered award for a dog bite is $200,000, you will not be able to obtain homeowners insurance, and you maybe charged criminally.
Our Aggression Intervention Program is broken down into four steps. The first session is a one hour assessment and private lesson. It is necessary that the entire family is present for this session. I observe the dog’s behavior and teach you techniques to deal with such behavior. I will educate you on Canine Psychology and teach you the proper way to walk your dog. The walk is very important in teaching the dog who is the follower and who is the leader. If the dog thinks he is in charge, many times that is when behavioral issues arise.
The second session is a group lesson with dogs in a real world environment. Once you are comfortable working with your dog at home, we work with you and your dog around people, dogs, and traffic.

Once you have completed the first two sessions I recommend additional aggression refresher group lessons as needed. After accomplishing your second session, each additional session is $25.
The forth step is to sign up for Obedience Lessons. We offer obedience Levels I, II, and III. I believe obedience is the next step in teaching your dog that you are the leader of the pack. Please see our obedience page for additional information.
